Treework Environmental Practice is one of the UK’s leading arboricultural consultancy practices. We are valued by our clients for providing excellent service and innovation. We are expanding and need a talented and enthusiastic individual to make a difference within our newly established Sales and Marketing team.
This position has been created to help drive the expansion of our business by growing our share in the arboricultural market for different sectors, whilst continuing to provide a high level of service for a loyal client base.
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you must be able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and are able to follow and develop processes for repeatable results and improved efficiencies. This role is seen as vital to achieving the level of growth that we require and so you will be actively involved in implementing new sales strategies. This will mean that you will have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and test them. As you will be working at the forefront of inbound work, a proven record for excellent client care and high service levels is preferable.
The chosen candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and represent the values and principles of the business. We are looking for an individual who can optimise the company’s sales and marketing efforts, protect its reputation, and effectively manage prospective and existing client relationships through the establishment and implementation of campaigns and systems to attract business to the company.
You will be results driven and operate well with targets. We consider that this role is suited to an individual with an aptitude for problem solving and an analytical approach, which will help them to organise and manage weekly and monthly reporting, to monitor individual and team performance against KPI’s. You will be responsible for the management of the company’s ‘Sales Funnel’, writing, issuing and following up on quotations to new and existing clients, identifying opportunities and coordinating tender submissions.
You will need to be IT literate with a good understanding of MS office applications, web based sales and marketing tools and social media applications and strategies. Ideally, you will have good copy writing and editing skills.
The role will be based from home and you should be able to demonstrate excellent self-management and team working. Treework is looking for people who are adaptable (i.e. willing to carry out desk work and travel for meetings and appointments) and who are willing to travel throughout the UK, for which you will need to hold a full UK driving license and have the use of your own vehicle for work travel.
