The Role – Due to business growth an opportunity has arisen for a mid to senior level Arboricultural consultant to join our expert team. This role reports into the Managing Director and will lead and work collaboratively within a team on projects which include trees in relation to planning and development, tree risk surveys, tree population management, contract administration and veteran tree surveys and advice. It is an excellent opportunity to grow your career within the field of Arboriculture.   We have an independent working structure and we are particularly looking for consultants who are based in the east and central southern England.

The Candidate – You will have a level 4-6 QCF (or equivalent) arboricultural qualification, previous experience as an arboricultural consultant or tree officer (or both), have client facing involvement, strong report writing and a good theoretical and practical arboricultural background.  You should have experience of leading / managing projects and be organised and motivated.   You will need to be good at working collaboratively in a team or alone, as this role is home based and includes remote working.  Candidates should be Chartered or working towards Chartered status.  Full Driving Licence and the use of your own vehicle is essential.

Salary: c £30,000 to £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus bonus and benefits

Location: Focused in London / South East of England; applications from across the UK are welcome.
