On 19th July, the UK will move forward with Step 4 on the Roadmap.
At Treework, we are reviewing our position and approach to carrying out work. We want to reassure our clients and business associates that they will continue to receive the usual high level of care and quality of service, with minimal disruption, as we move forward from the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic and ongoing threats.
Our UK-wide team actively supports clients by conducting site work whilst considering the latest statistics, available information and the most recent guidance.
The management team monitors the situation closely and applies the government and World Health Organisation advice throughout our business. We are committed to contributing positively to the international effort to limit the impact of Covid-19. We have protective measures for our team and the people with whom we usually come into contact – this includes clients, contractors, and suppliers and ensures the continuity of our business and the services that we provide.
We are fortunate that we have an established culture of Independent Working, with almost all of our team having home-based offices.
Our national experts are highly proficient and experienced in working remotely: the Treework work-anywhere-kit has been a standard issue for over ten years. It enables our consultants and surveyors to work from home, in the field and in other locations. We, therefore, remain flexible and continue to provide the same high standards of work and support to our clients even if team members need to self-isolate.
Our unique structure means that we already have in place audio and video-conferencing systems. These allow us to host remote meetings with multiple external participants and communicate effectively with clients on projects.
All of our usual communication channels are open. However, we generally recommend using emails to ensure that our team can remain productive and our phone system remains open for urgent requests.
If you would like to obtain a copy of our Covid-19 Policy, please email info@treeworks.co.uk.
We want to thank you for your support and wish everybody safekeeping and good health.
