Understanding the quantity, condition and location of assets is essential for managers to meet duties of care for both public safety and access and to plan and set budgets for management.

We have over 30 years’ experience of helping land owners and managers to build and maintain an accurate record of their estate.

We understand the importance of reliable and information on which to base decision making and support organisations such as housing associations, block management companies and councils to inspect and record assets including benches, street lights, paths, parking areas, bin stores, planting beds, trees and lawns.

We are licensed Ordnance Survey Partners and provide ordnance survey base maps on which the boundaries are plotted.

We have developed a GIS with integrated asset management database (MyTrees) with tools to support accurate on-site plotting and provision of costed management plans.

The reports and plans that we deliver are clear, accurate and comprehensive.
