GIS Mapping and Analysis

Since 1987 we have provided services for owners and managers of large land holdings including housing associations and custodians of historic parklands.

We map assets and features over Ordnance Survey base Maps, Topographical Surveys and Aerial Photographs, directly onto tablet computers in the field. Accuracy of plotting is supported by GPS, snapping tools in our own GIS (MyTrees) and a robust Quality Management System.

We apply zoning (e.g. plotting prioritised risk zones) to the data in the GIS and special analysis to draw out required features (e.g. trees, paths, etc.) so that these can be prioritised for management, analysed and reported on.
